guys in radford, christiansburg, roanoke, surrounding areas?

Hey guys- I'm a student at Radford U. in VA and I need some help. I know I talked to a few guys from the Roanoke area a while back but I lost contact and I am looking for resources in any of the surrounding area for therapists or endos or free clinics or anything. thanks
