What to do next...

Well, I managed to finally talk to my mother again, and she knows that transition is something I really do want. The problem is, im not exactly sure what to do next... I know I need to show her more info since she doesn't really understand what im going through, but I also want to start on hormones or atleast anti-androgens soon and im not really sure how to ask for that or if I need a therapist again. Not to mention that my dad knows nothing more then the fact that I "had" GID and my sister knows nothing. It's also kind of frightning to do this with everything I don't know (and I don't know what it is I don't know so it's leaving me confused and not sure what I need to know). Im just really unsure of what to do next...
