This is an article about somebody with Body Integrity Identity Disorder (BIID). Everything she writes in the article sounds way too familiar to me. Sure, it may be a completely different thing than transsexualism... or is it? It's the same mindset; you don't feel right in the body you were given. In this case, the author feels a dissociation from her legs, and us? Well, you get the gist of it. Whether you agree with me or not, it's still a good article to read and it's all too parallel to our cases.
