I know that we're all beautiful and unique (like snowflakes!) when it comes to hormones. That being said, after being on 200mg of spiro (100 in the am, 50 for lunch, 50 for dinner) for about 6 months now, my Testosterone levels are still a bit out of whack....

Total (aka serum) Testosterone level: 870 (6 months ago it was ~850, one year ago it was ~1000)
Free Testosterone: 27.3 (Same thing 6 months ago, and a year ago)
Estradiol ~30

I'm taking Estrasorb (two packets x once per day), Avodart (.5mg daily), and 200mg of spiro, and I am noticing changes. But the end result is that my T is still out of whack, and my E is too low. My doctor has considered moving me to the patch, saying that the more consistent dose levels would probably do me more good than the current Estrasorb that my previous doctor assigned me. I know that my hormone routine has been out of whack since the start... I saw Ettner at first, and he put me on the estrasorb, and seemed content to leave me on it.

So, my question really is.. Anyone else battled higher T levels after months of taking Spiro? What did your Doc/Endoc do the bring them down? Up your E? Up your Anti-androgens? Switch brands? (To what, and how much?) I trust me doctor to make the correct decisions (She is actually trans herself) but I'm always curious to hear what others have done.
