Question!

It's been a long time since I posted on here(or even been on my journal for that matter) however. Since this is probably the best place to ask. I'm moving to San Francisco in like four months and this is when I plan to start my transitioning. I was wondering if anyone knew of a site with support group information and etc.? I would really like to start talking to SF natives that have transitioned there to get there advice on places to go and such and would love any information or someone that could possible point me in the right direction as i'd be ever so grateful.
