Feb. 16th, 2007 10:37 pmi just recently came to the realization that as far i know i am transgendered. most of this makes me happy, but i have a few questions if anyone wants to offer advice.
my family is really traditional, to the point it is requiring me to do rather drastic things for now. my mother has said more than once "no son of mine is going to be wearing women's clothes", and my father is bent on me being more "mainstream and masculine"...and so on.
my only way to get further on my whole transitioning process is to literally up and move. does anyone have a suggestion for a polite way to inform the that you are going to move rather suddenly, and without saying too much where you are going so you can avoid drama if there is a chance they should try and visit?
