transMy brother picked me up earlier along with two of his friends and drove us to his place to play some pool. His friend Brad is a complete asshat. The fucker brought up my being trans. Here's how the conversation went:
Brad: Hey dude, why do you want to get a sex change?
Me: I'm not changing my sex, I'll be changing my body so I can feel more comfortable with it.
Brad: That's just wrong. You're a man. You can do whatever you want to your body, you'll always be a man.
Me: Um, no, I'm not a man.
Brad: You're a man. Stop denying it. If I were in bed with a girl and found out she was really a man, I'd beat the living shit out of him.
Me: That's illegal, you know.
Brad: It shouldn't be illegal to beat on faggots and trannies. They ask for it.
Me: You're sick.
Brad: No. I'm not the one who's a tranny.
Arrrggggggg! I know I shouldn't let crap like this get to me but it does. I just fucking hate it when people have this kind of attitude towards transpeople. It sickens me to no end.
