Ever feel like you're stuck?

For the last couple of years in my transition now, I've felt like I'm spinning my wheels. This is due mostly to financial situation (on disability) and the fact I'm shaped sort of like a trucker... Does anyone else ever feel this way? dumb question, I'm sure I'm not alone in this. but it hurts to be stuck on the journey.
