I've tried to do some research (maybe I'm not trying hard enough) but I'm confused about something so if you could help me out, I'd really appreciate it.

Now, some fellow ftms like myself can relate to this.
Well, you know how you can have surgery on your breasts?
A few questions I have are:     a) I've seen pictures of people who get surgery and the operation is completed with two incisions under the crease of the breast.  Is this called a breast reduction?
                                                      b) I've also seen other cases where a certain individual didn't get (the above) surgery and they simply got their nipples reshaped.  Or maybe they did the breast reduction through the incision of the nipple... No clue. What's the difference if there is any?

Are these two different types of operations or simply two different methods of the operation?
