OK, I've been out of work now for almost 2 years.

Today I have got two phone calls offering me two different interviews. Woohoo!


The trouble is the second interview is on the same day as I have an appointment with the Gender Clinic in Charing Cross!

I can get to the clinic after the interview, plenty of time for that. The trouble lies in the fact I won't be able to get there as Nicola. Just no time to change and I'll have to go as Nick!! Not really helping my arguement!

I really really wanted to go en-femme, not just to put my point across about what I wanted but also as a further step towards my vanilla life!

But then I can't attend this interview as Nicola because quite frankly I need a job and despite modern laws of equality I think it might act as the lever towards the NO! I have other issues to worry about first without giving them more ammunition against me!

So people, solutions! Please!

Damm it, life gives with one hand and takes it away with the other!
