For those of us who get their meds shipped from overseas.
After a two year run of flawless support, In-House Pharmacy appears to be losing it.
Of the past two shipments, one has taken well over three weeks to receive, and the second is coming into it's forth week of being held at customs.
If this is not the companies fault, it is customs, but it has the feel of being targeted.
Just saying.

My boyfriend recently admitted to me that he has gender identification issues. As in, he frequently thinks of himself as female and has difficulty with sexual issues from his male perspective. This doesn't really mean anything to our relationship, as I'm bi and in love with him, not his body. I've helped him as much as I can, but I really don't know what to do next.

Has anyone any information on things such as coping strategies for him? What step we should consider next? I'm at a point where I just wish to gather information on this subject.

Also, new. Hi.

i just found out, someone (who shall remain name less) just outed me to an entire theatre, (was training to be an actress )i knew them via a course i did where we where dealing with issues of a trans nature.., i was going to be on a course in theatre arts (acting and performance) and i feel so bad about the situation, the community here is very close knit. i called up the collage and canceled my course application.

was i right to do so and what would you have done how would you have handled it?

she did it deliberately too, the face book message i got from her was "I am so sorry, Sara.
I am out most of the time, partly because its unavoidable, and partly also out of choice.
So I easily forget it's an issue for other people.
I have great admiration for you and certainly meant you no harm.
All good wishes

i couldnt bare it, did i do the right thing though?

Hello! I've observed in the shadows never really posting as i have not had much to say but a questions was posed to me the other day that i shall pose to you guys and hope you can help!

I'm a bi Female in Advertising and have very close friends that are MTF trans. While i'll ask them the same.. i wanted to ask you guys your thoughts on the following:

I was approached by a plastic surgeon wanting to make sure the Trans community in our area is aware of their services (plastic surgery, laser Hair, etc...) and that they are aware of the community and want to help. Question is... do you think advertising directly to transgender is necessary? I've always just felt like we are all people and never had to think about what makes us different in the way of advertising directly to trans verses just advertising becuase what i like in a surgeon... i would think any one would like... advertising to men and women seems enough as i would imagine... as trans... just because you may be mid gender doesnt mean you dont identify with one already advertised.

i tend to have colleagues who make jokes out of everything and i am imagining they will come back with ideas like having a hot woman on TV and then she answers the phone with a DEEP voice...as a shock value joke... but i wouldn't imagine that would go over well.... and i don't think those things are funny.... So i want to get any thoughts you guys have on what kind things would draw you in to see a plastic surgeon or laser hair specialist... transgender related or not...

I would imagine confidentiality, care and understanding would be good starts but how to target the Trans community specifically – i'm stumped.

Any help would be great and thanks.

Selena
