Trying to find a hair removal place in Western PA

So, I've started going out in girlmode, I'm on spiro and estradiol and am passing decently when I go full-on girlmode (not so much at work... stupid baggy polo hiding the boobies), and I think it's time I start investing in hair removal.

I'm hoping that the body hair will go away on it's own through spiro because I have a loooot of it. Back, stomach, chest, upper arms, etc. etc. Shaving is horrid because the hairs get ingrown, and I can't really reach my back.. no low-cut shirts or camisoles for me.  But that's beside the point. I'm looking for a hair removal place in the Pittsburgh area. I found this place (http://www.reallysmooth.com/) which does laser and electrolysis. They said that laser doesn't work on the face (??) and that it's too expensive, and the hairs grow back in a few years. They recommended electrolysis, which they said was 100% effective and the hair would never come back. I haven't been able to find any other places in the area.

I'm having my first therapy session at PERSAD on Tuesday, so I'm probably going to ask them for leads as well.. But ugh, I am so sick of being hairy and having to layer on makeup to even begin to hide it. >.<

Finding a therapist

I'm having some (okay, a lot) of trouble finding a gender therapist in my area. Mostly because I'm not really sure how to go about looking for one. Can anybody help me out here? How did you find your therapist?

I'm going to be seeing my doctor (/GP/physician) in a few days. Might she be able to help me? Is recommending therapists for particular issues something that physicians do? (I live in the US.)

EDIT: Thanks guys! I talked to my doctor today and she confirmed that there are none in our immediate area, but a few in Boston (we're pretty close). I don't feel comfortable driving into the city yet, so she's setting me up with a more general therapist to see how that goes.
