A special poem to share with you

I have my daughter's permission to share this with you, she wrote it a bit over a year ago, when she was about 14 years old. She is bekaj3 and I am so blessed to have such a wonderful daughter. Here is her poem.
TO MOM

Mom is a word,
Not a name.
Some people think,
They are the same.

Mom’s can be different,
Male or female.
Some people forget,
This detail.

I love you,
For who you are.
I love you always,
Near or far.
