Orchiectomy/SRS

transMy partner is looking for information on surgeons who do SRS that will also perform an orchiectomy. She is unable to come up with funding for SRS for quite some time and in the meantime would like to have an orchie. We are in the Seattle area, if you know of any surgeons who do SRS that will do orchiectomy PLEASE comment.
