trans coverage question

I'm appealing my employers lack of coverage of trans sugeries and would like a list of other compaines/organizations that cover ANY type of trans sugeries. Im will take anything world wide, but extra points go to Canadian companies, and even more for Ontario ones or high tech companies.

you dont need to work there, just if you know they have coverage
