Hi, everybody... I've got a kind of stupid question, but I've been having difficulty in finding a definitive answer, and I figured if one DID exist, people here might be more likely to be aware of it.
As a young'un I did two things that I now, for the most part, wish I hadn't ever done:
1) Play soccer a lot for years
2) Spend a year or so when I was, like, TEN, lifting weights idly (I had no idea what I was doing), for reasons that I am absolutely clueless to (I need to get to know my pre-teen self much better). Also, I took weight-lifting gym in highschool a few times to avoid the masculine chaos of regular gym - at least in weight gym, you could sit by yourself and do what you chose to do
As a result of these activities and my masculine body's delight in creating muscle mass, I have pretty muscular thighs/calves (from the soccer), and not-insignificant biceps/triceps/chest. They're nothing astounding, but they're most definitely visible when exposed, and, well, it's kind of upsetting, for various (probably bad) reasons.
Which brings me to my question -
( Is there ANY way whatsoever that anybody knows of reducing muscle mass (apart from HRT)? )
